Chronic Special Needs Plans
People with qualifying conditions can check C-SNP eligibility throughout the year. In eligible counties, a 2026 Devoted C-SNP Plus plan may provide up to $395 per month for permitted groceries, utilities, rent or mortgage, cell phone and internet expenses. The entire plan must be verified.
Veterans and Medicare
Veterans can generally continue using VA healthcare while considering Medicare coverage for eligible non-VA care.
